What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, account password (stored only as a one-way hash), enquiry messages, order notes, and any reference files you upload.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries, review and fulfil orders, show you previews of designs made for you, and run your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Your files and designs

Reference files and design previews are visible to you and to the Guild's administrators only. Original production files are kept private by the Guild.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
